Owls Downed by Piedmont on the Road

The Owls' lacrosse team traveled to Piedmont for its second game of the season on Tuesday 2/15. The Owls fell to a very well coached Piedmont University Lions team 25 to 1. The Owls fall to 0-2 on the year, with Piedmont starting the season 1-0 with the win. Star sophomore Saiquon Bell tallied the lone goal yet again and new goalkeeper Arlo Pogrebin jumped into cage to record 13 saves, as a 1st time net minder. The owls cleaned up their game and only recorded 3 penalties.  

The Owls will travel to Averett University Saturday (the 26th) to play in their next competition.
