Lady Owls Downed by Wildcats

The Lady Owls returned to action to begin the spring semester and opened up against #1 Johnson and Wales.  The game saw several lead changes but ultimately a slow third quarter for the Owls gave Johnson and Wales an advantage that they couldn't overcome. Defensively the Owls had a solid performance with 7 steals and forcing.19 turnovers.  However, the Owls committed 29 turnovers on the evening, making it hard to find an offensive rhythm. Daymon Hinkelman lead the Owls with 21 points. Following up Daymon was Brittany Linton with 10 points. The Owls fall to 2-1 in EMAC conference play and 4-8 on the season.
