Box Score The Lady Owls traveled to Montreat and fell short with a 60-48 loss. The Owls were even with the Cavaliers in the first quarter but could not get any baskets to fall in the second and found themselves down by 15 at halftime. The Owls were not able to bounce back from this deficit. The Owls were led by Kana Parker (14 pts) followed by Tay Allen (9 pts). Defensively the Owls showed up and forced Montreat to have 27 turnovers. The Owls ended with a 24.2% from the Field Goal, 7.1% from the 3pt line, and 50% from the freethrow line. The Owls will return to action at home Saturday December 11 against Vorhees from South Carolina.
