Box Score The Lady Owls extended their win streak to 3 with an 87-62 win over EMAC conference foe Mid Atlantic Christian University. The Owls had a huge second quarter outscoring the Mustangs 29-14 to take a 14 point led into halftime.
Asia Caldwell led the Owls with 28 points and she was followed by Lake Eliz with 21 and
Kalie Mayo with 18. The Owls had 19 steals and forced 27 turnovers. Warren Wilson now improves to 2-1 in conference play.
The Lady Owls traveled to NCAA D3 opponent Greensboro College and fell 81-25. The Owls were able to hang with the Pride for one quarter but then found themselves unable to connect on anything offensively. KJ Mckoy led the Owls with 9. The Pride forced 27 turnovers and scored 33 points off those turnovers. We just could not get anything to fall offensively. We allowed Greensboro to rush us into bad shots.
