Box Score The Lady Owls took on local rival Brevard and fell 53-45 to the Tornados. The Owls struggled for the majority of the game, but were able to get within one before eventually falling. The Owls were cold from the three point line, only knocking in 1-18 on the night. Daymon Hinkelman led the Owls with 16 points and Eliniya Black followed up with 8 points. Freshman Amaya Jackson also had 7 points. "We just could not find any rhythm offensively tonight. We started off slow and then couldn't make plays to finish at the end. Defensively, you couldn't ask for a better effort and that I am proud of," Coach Davis said about the game.
