Owls Hit a Skid against Greensboro

The Lady Owls returned home to take on Greensboro College and suffered their second consecutive loss 86-47. The Owls started off strong and exchanged leads for most of the first half and would only be down 11 at halftime. Greensboro exploded offensively and scored 54 points in the second half. The Owls had 30 turnovers in which Greensboro scored 33 points off of.   Daymon Hinkleman led the Owls with 11 and Niya Black followed with 10. We went cold offensively and let that dictate our defense. "We have to do a better job taking care of the basketball it is tough to win a game with 30 turnovers." Coach Davis said about the game. The Owls return to the court on Saturday to take on Salem.
