Warren Wilson College Men's Soccer traveled to Oxford College of Emory University to take on the Eagles. The Owls played their best soccer to date in the first half and held Oxford to only 2. Desmond "Lance" Burrell scored his second goal of the season off a terrific through-ball from Connor McCown. The first half ended with the Owls down 2-1.

The second half was a much different contest, in which the Owls gave up 8 goals.

"Although the game didn't end the way we anticipated, we were able to get a glimpse of what is to come and the side continues to grow every day."

The Owls return home to host Hiwassee College. Kickoff is at 4:30 PM.
