SWANNANOA, NC - In this rivalry game between the Owls and the Tornado of Brevard, the teams battled the entire first half to a 0-0 tie. The game was very back and forth with shots coming from both teams. The Owls were able get many more chances in the second half but were unable to finish the chances. In the 83rd minute the Tornado were able to break the dead lock and put away a goal. The game ended 1-0 with the Tornado taking the win, but the Owls battled until the last second, almost scoring a top corner goal from senior Solomon Love in the last 15 seconds coming out just unlucky.
