SWANNANOA, N.C. — The Warren Wilson College women's basketball team hosted Huntingdon College on Saturday afternoon at DeVries Athletic Gymnasium.
Huntingdon established momentum early and carried a lead into halftime. The Hawks continued to push the pace in the third quarter, while Warren Wilson showed resilience in the final period, outscoring Huntingdon 21–15 over the last ten minutes.
Ellie Martin and Ori Galloway paced the Owls with 17 points apiece. Martin connected on three shots from beyond the arc and added five rebounds, while Galloway finished with eight rebounds, three assists, three steals, and two blocks.
Nesha Oliver contributed nine points off the bench, and Tatyana Lewis added six points, four rebounds, and a block. Kiera Littlejohn anchored the interior with seven rebounds and four blocks, helping Warren Wilson contest shots throughout the game.
The Owls forced turnovers and generated transition opportunities, continuing to compete through all four quarters.
