BREVARD, NC - After a tough offensive first half, the Warren Wilson College Owls stormed back in the second half behind a well balanced team effort offensively and defensively.
After being down 14 at halftime, the Owls surged back to get the game to 67-61 before a technical foul and common foul pushed the Brevard Tornado lead to 10. The Owls repeatedly cut into the lead but weren't able to get any closer than 6 for the remainder of the game.
Dylan Wheatley and
Yoshi Kendrick led all Owls in scoring with 17 apiece.
Daishaun Handy was impactful during the Owls second half run in his first collegiate minutes.
The Owls enter the Thanksgiving Break looking forward to a home matchup with Oglethorpe Saturday at 4:00 pm.
