Demarshaun Worley joins the Warren Wilson College Men's Basketball staff for the 2024-25 season.
Demarshaun Worley is originally from Fayetteville, NC, born and raised. Graduating in 2020 from high school, his college basketball playing journey has taken him all over with him playing with 3 different universities. Beginning at the University of Mount Olive, he then transferred after one year there, then proceeded to play for 2 years at both Ferrum College and Warren Wilson College. A hardworking, passionate leader on the court while being well into the community off the court having many college endeavors. Being a business major, residential assistant (RA), and work crew leader, all while still excelling on the court.
Demarshaun is a passionate leader, always understanding but pushing the people around him to be better. Truly loving the game, always watching and itching to be around the game, coaching has always been a future love for him after his playing days are done. Game-planning and breaking down people’s game, analyzing scouts, and player development is all in his love for coaching. He brings passion with an inside point of view due to his playing days and can help the next generation of players due to his experiences throughout all the places he has been and the people he has interacted with.
