SWANNANOA, NC - The Warren Wilson Owls faced a tough challenge at home against the University of Lynchburg, falling 0-3 in a competitive match. Despite the loss, the Owls showed flashes of strong play, particularly in defense and offense, but ultimately couldn't overcome Lynchburg's consistent
RJ Daly and Will Bush led the way defensively for the Owls, both recording 7 digs in the match. Their efforts kept the team in it, as they helped to dig up some tough attacks from the University of Lynchburg. Their defensive skills were key to limiting Lynchburg's offensive push but were not quite enough to turn the tide. At the net, Tobin Vignos proved to be a standout performer, leading the offense with 6 kills and contributing 2 blocks.
