Box Score SWANNANOA, N.C. — The Warren Wilson College men's basketball team dropped an 85–68 decision to Piedmont University on November 18 inside DeVries Athletic Gymnasium.
Piedmont held a 40–31 advantage at halftime and maintained control throughout the second half. Warren Wilson continued to compete on both ends, but the visitors shot efficiently and extended the margin down the stretch.
Archie Evans led the Owls with 12 points and six rebounds off the bench. Jordan Moore also scored 12 points, while Isaac Allen added 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting, including three three-pointers. Alec Hilliard chipped in six points and provided a spark from beyond the arc.
Warren Wilson finished with 36 points in the paint and held a 17–12 edge in second-chance points. The Owls also recorded 41 bench points, showing depth throughout the lineup.
Piedmont was led by Parker Renault with 19 points and nine rebounds. Israel Hall and Jackson Houston each scored 17 points as the Lions shot 54.9 percent from the field and 50 percent from three-point range.
