Owls Fall To Montreat On The Road

MONTREAT, NC - The Lady Owls traveled down the road for a local match-up with Montreat. The Owls started off limiting the Cavaliers from getting hot from the 3-point line and went into halftime only trailing 12. However, the Cavs would have a hot fourth quarter in which they netted 23 points to the Owls 5. Moosie Lewis recorded her first double-double of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Zoey Gore followed her with 11 points and two steals. Weronika Swojak also recorded 10 rebounds.
