LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, GA - The Lady Owls traveled to Lookout Mountain to face Covenant College in the first game of the Tip-Off Tournament. The Owls had a much better start today and were battling back and forth with the Scots. They headed into halftime only down 12. However, the Owls came out of halftime cold and only netted 6 points in the third quarter. The Lady Owls had a much better defensive effort, holding the Scots to 68 points and forcing 19 turnovers. Offensively, the Owls could not get back on track in the second half and only scored 18 points to close out the game. Zoey Gore and Moosie Lewis led the Owls with 9 points each. Weronika pulled in 10 boards for the Owls.
