NEWPORT NEWS,VA -  After a big home win on Thursday, the Owls traveled to Virginia to face some of the teams in the Coast to Coast Conference. The Owls faced off against the Seagulls of Salisbury, but lost in three straight sets. The scores were 6-25, 21-25, and 13-25. 

The Owls faced off Christopher Newport next who was celebrating their senior day. The Owls kept it close, but ended up falling 14-25, 14-25, and 19-25. 

WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS 

• Junior outside hitter KJ Helinsky totaled 18 kills on the weekend. 
• Freshman setter Vera Pandolfo tallied up 8 total kills. 
• Freshman libero Lillian DeMeglio had 12 digs.
