Men's Soccer Drops to Visiting Johnson & Wales

The Warren Wilson men's soccer hosted the Johnson & Wales University Wildcats from Charlotte, NC today. The Wildcats got on board right away in the 5th minute when Jalen Jackson found the back of the net with an assist from Johnathon Fucci. Shortly after, Jackson added another goal to his talley on an unassisted play. The Wildcats added a third goal slipping through the defense when Noah Craddock received a ball from Matthew Barriga. In the 15th minute Craddock would answer again with an assist from Jalen Jackson. Barriga would next find himself on the scoresheet when he scored in the 20th minute. With not much time left in the half, the Wildcats added another goal when Durwin Hamilton scored his first of the contest.

In the second half the Wildcats would add goals from Durwin Hamilton, Jalen Jackson, and Matthew Barriga with the final score of 10-0.

Owls goalkeeper Jose Pablo earned 11 saves on the day.

The Owls will look to rebound when they take on Florida College at home next Saturday, September 19 at 1pm.
