Montgomery, AL - The Fighting Owls lose to the Huntingdon Hawks 0-4 today, bringing the WWC men's soccer record to 1-2 on the season.
Brendon Van Emelen scored 2 goals and had 1 assist in the first half with Austin Stacey adding 1 more giving the Hawks a 3-0 lead at the break. Van Emelen would get the hat trick in the 69th minute as he connected again in the second half. The contest would end with a final score of 4-0.
The Fighting Owls Pat Albright played all 90 minutes and had 11 saves. The Hawks took 26 shots, while the Owls took three.
Warren Wilson continues their road stint as they travel to LaGrange College on September 1st at 1:00PM.
