MILLIGAN, TN - In a thrilling volleyball match held at Milligan University, the Warren Wilson Owls showcased their strength and skill as they secured a commanding 3-0 victory over their opponents. 

In the first set, the Owls set the tone for the match with a closely contested battle against Milligan University. With both teams fighting tooth and nail for every point, the Owls ultimately emerged victorious with a narrow margin of 25-23, setting the stage for the rest of the match.

Building on their momentum from the first set, the Warren Wilson Owls continued to assert their dominance in the subsequent sets. In the second set, they showcased their offensive prowess, delivering powerful spikes and strategic plays to outmaneuver their opponents and secure a convincing 25-19 win.

With the finish line in sight, the Owls maintained their focus and determination in the third set. Despite a spirited effort from Milligan University to stage a comeback, the Owls remained composed under pressure, ultimately clinching the set with a score of 25-22 and sealing their victory in straight sets.

Leading the charge for the Warren Wilson Owls was Ian Nicholson, whose outstanding performance on the court earned him a total of 18 kills throughout the match. Supported by teammates Will Jack and Tobin Vignes, who contributed 10 and 6 kills respectively, the Owls' offense proved to be a formidable force to reckon with.

On the defensive end, RJ Daly stood out as a key player, tallying an impressive 28 assists to keep the team's offense flowing smoothly. Additionally, Daly showcased his defensive prowess with 9 digs, providing crucial support in thwarting Milligan University's attacks. Ricky Castillo and Ian Nicholson also made significant contributions on defense, recording 8 and 7 digs respectively to help secure the victory.
