"I want to thank Warren Wilson College, especially President Lynn Morton for her nurturing vision for the future of athletics here at WWC. Also, our Athletic Director Joni Williamson for her ever-present energy and constant support. The entire faculty and staff for the honored opportunity to serve as steward and coach for what I feel to be a lifelong desire and purpose. I am very proud to lead the athletes that have committed to this first year of tennis at WWC. These enthusiastic student-athletes were in no way obligated to walk on in order to help form these teams but have proven to be true to this institution by dedicating themselves as representatives as the first of many to play college tennis here. I look forward to the accomplishments as well as the challenges and most of all to the many memories to be made," exclaimed head coach Jim Greene.
